How are prices set?

Each service will have one fixed price for your area, shown before you book. For hourly work you'll only pay for extra time if you choose to add it.

What does the insurance cover?

Every job will be insured for both the homeowner and the provider, from the moment the provider starts their journey until the job is done. SAVDU will pay for it.

How are providers checked?

Providers will pass a background check before their first job, and services that need a licence will only be offered by providers who hold one.

How do providers get paid?

Earnings will be paid weekly, every Friday, straight to the provider's bank account.
